ResponsivePics is a WordPress plugin that enables WordPress theme authors to automatically resize images in responsive layouts.

At Booreiland, we engineered Responsive Pics, a powerful WordPress plugin tailored for theme authors who demand precision and performance in responsive image handling. This solution streamlines image delivery and optimizes site speed with minimal developer overhead.

We set out to design an intuitive syntax that empowers WordPress theme authors to generate exactly the image formats they need, directly within their templates. This ensures that only the necessary images are created, while enabling truly responsive markup through modern standards like the <picture> element and the srcset and sizes attributes on <img> tags.

A standout feature is the focal point picker in the WordPress Media Library, letting you crop images while keeping the most important area perfectly in view.
