Urban Arrow builds top-of- the-line electric cargo bikes. At Clarify, we completely redesigned their website, creating a brand-new front end and back end. We chose Wordpress as the CMS, leveraging the new Gutenberg editor, and integrated WooCommerce for product management and the bike configurator.
The launch of the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) of the website immediately impacted Urban Arrow's brand identity. In addition to the fast and comfortable user experience of the bike itself, the Urban Arrow website now offers the same experience. Clarify continued to improve the website through a subscription model, we applied Agile techniques to make technical updates quickly and flexibly.

The website is fully responsive, offering a smooth user experience across all devices.

The user experience focused on guiding visitors towards choosing the right bike, configuring it with all available options, and directing them to their nearest dealer for purchasing. The Gutenberg editor, with its custom-made content blocks, enabled the client to create unique layouts and pages to support this goal.

The product configurator generated unique hashed configuration codes in the website address, allowing users to share and revisit their exact configuration.
